These terms apply to quantquakes.com (the “site”), operated by Heart of Texas Domains (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Information only, not advice
The site provides data visualizations of the Bitcoin network for general information: a live picture of mempool fees and confirmed blocks, built from the third-party data described in section 2. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, and nothing is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything. The visualizations show the network's recorded past and current state; they do not predict what the network will do next. Make your own decisions and, if needed, get advice from a qualified professional.
2. Third-party data
- Block and fee figures are records and readings of the Bitcoin network as reported by the source below. They are history and current state, not predictions or guarantees.
- All of the network data shown here, confirmed blocks and current mempool data alike, comes from mempool.space, and there is no other data source. The live data reaches your browser through this site's own proxy (see the privacy policy), and the historical records behind the live view are baked from the same source into files this site serves. We don't control this source. Third-party data is provided “as is” and may be delayed, incomplete, wrong or unavailable.
- Readings are a snapshot: the mempool changes constantly, and a fee or block figure shown here may no longer describe the network by the time you act on it.
3. Links to other sites
This site carries no affiliate links, and we earn no commission from any link on it. Links to other sites (for example mempool.space, the source of the network and fee data shown here) are ordinary links provided for reference. Those sites are run by their own operators under their own terms; we are not a party to anything you do on them.
4. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or hardware, arising from or related to your use of the site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, overload it, bypass its security, or use its data endpoints (such as /api/mp/) as a service for other applications. We may limit or block access to protect the site.
7. Trademarks and content
Names of third-party projects and services mentioned on the site (for example mempool.space, the data source described in section 2) belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. This site is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them unless stated. The site's own text, code and graphics are ours; you may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
